Has anyone done it before? I'm looking for a supplier( in Canada perferrably) for 36 bottles - I'd go with a clear label, but the direct to bottle printing is SEXY.

I'd like some advice.

Here's the background:
Got on with an ad agency last Nov. as a 'senior graphic designer' (I have a college degree and 10 yrs experience)

I was put in the production dept. (the job was falsely advertised) and left after 6 months. (bored of making copy revisions & pdfs all day)

Now, I'm at another marketing agency, again hired as a sr. designer - again, doing mostly production work. I DO have lots of production experience, but am really trying to up the ante and get onto the creative end of things.

It doesn't help that this agency is unconventional and no one from the creative department attends client meetings or anything like that.

My issue is: do I speak to my manager (who juggles managing my dept. AND designing herself) and wait possible change?

OR do I embark out on my own. The market for experienced freelancers is a niche I think I can fill in this city.

I have offers already if I were to quit here.

Has anyone else hit this sort of wall? What did you do?

Any input would be awesome!
