thinking of getting back into film photography.

i love my LX3, but i find im just shooting everything willy nilly. want to get back into the rush of not knowing whats going to come out in the roll. oh having to craft the settings for every photo etc

thing is i have no idea whats going on in the film market.

but i'm wondering if anyone knows of any tattoo artists (or illustrators) that do a style similar to a Mike Giant / Jim Phillips type of thing.

Philips is dead & Giant doesnt do that many tatts anymore - so i'm looking for alternatives. :P

looking to get an awesome icon designer to work on this huge community site build (of Last.fm porportions) that's coming up.

I hit up Iconwerk but he's booked up until the end of the year..

i'm not too keen on the icon factory & co's Mac type icons - i really just want pictograms like Iconwerk does..

any other amazing designers/agencies that do that kind of work?

i started to dick around making a typeface the other day .. it looks a bit like this..

i know roughly what i'm going for but it's not really there..
problem is, i can't find a similar font - even though every kid on the street has it on their tshirt..

H74 - has a couple of similar.. ones.

can anyone point me to work with a similar font - or to an actual typeface like this?
