Anybody have recommendations on a good, affordable online printer?

I am creating some self-promotional materials for an eventual job switch, and I would like to get some postcards (and perhaps business cards) offset printed—1c/2c on an uncoated specialty stock, and perhaps an emboss.

I'd like to find an online printer that isn't too absurdly expensive, and is capable of doing limited runs.

Any thoughts?

May be a silly question—but when billing hourly for a commission, would you also bill for hours spent in conversation on the phone with a client regarding the project, or just for physical work hours? Opinions?
