Okay I am currently in a low paying design job, but I'm still wet behind the ears (just out of school). I've been with this company for like 2 months now.

Anyway I have basically been offered another job paying 15k more a year. However its for a software company making interfaces all day with russian programmers who speak terrrible english.

Do I quit my low paying design job where I make flash animations all day, yet work with really nice people in a relativly fun environment or trade it in for the cash and go work wiht the programmer nerds?

Or do I try to do some negotiating. fuck I suck at this stuff I need like a manager or some shit.

I feel like crap right now making excuses (lying) to my current employer so I can meet with this other company for interviews and stuff. grrrr

When everyone left I was pretty pissed So I hung around till the police showed up, got my camera, back had to delate the stip club picks. but I will post what I can in a few hours/. going to be a rough day at work hahahah.
