i did a drop down menu with spry in dw cs3. now, i want the text in the menu to be lower, and not up in the (top). i have tried everything. no success. so, any change you know how to move the text to middle. the box has to stay the same size.

i went to the movies, saw moon. that was okay. but they showed "the cove" as trailer, which it a documentary showing killing of dolphins in japan.
i am sorry but there isn't any other planet like earth so when i see shit like this i get really mad.
