  hey,
  i will be in new york, 4th to 6th of august. now, i am still looking for a clean, safe, nice price place to stay. i found some but they are either to expensive or all ready taken. any tips?

  also...
  if you know any agency/studios looking for a print designer? i got 1 interview at a branding firm.

  when i came to the city to figure out if I wanted to live here, I stayed at the pod hotel. clean, safe, cheap, eames patterned bedding, herman miller eames wire chairs, lcd tv's. Otherwise, I just let the agencies pick (and pay) for me.

  i think there is availibilities in my building [williamsburg on the waterfront] rent is under 2K lofts roughly 750sqr feet.
