I have sorted hosting for basic sites before but what does one need to think about when hosting an e-commerce site.

Any advice would be helpfull, I have looked at the millions of packages on all the (so say) best hosting companies sites but don't really know what I need to have...

Hi guys

Just been briefed on a project for Japan for a product launch site. Can't tell you the product, soz!

Does anybody have any cool insights (links), cultural or whatever on the day-to-day Japanese way of life.

The product will be aimed at adults as opposed to the youth market.

Just looking for that spark of inspiration but I don't now much about Japan or the current culture... other than the obvious technology, small homes, etc.

Any help would be great!

I am doing some research on Companies that talk specifically about there founder/CEO on their websites. For example - James Dyson is used to promote the company (the face of the company) as much as possible and I am trying to find other companies (globally) that do the same.
