Book writing advice

So I'm writing a book about using Photoshop for a rather specific purpose. I'm debating whether I should write it from a beginner standpoint and explain all the detail of all the relevant information or if I should assume the user has Photoshop experience and only concentrate on the specific things that are important for the task. Thoughts?

Does such a thing exist?

I'm not having much luck with google. Here's what I'm after:

I've got a sample site that is merging the ajax framework of one site and the style rules of another. It's taking a lot of manual process and what is happening as a result is that some files are being edited, styles being commented out, and the whole thing just pulls from a lot of different directions. I'd like to be able to somehow analyze the site's code and make it all clean and not stupid.

Or am I just gonna need a bigger boat?

what's that logo?

The one for a clothing company, kind of a proper looking chap, only one eye shown as a dot. Simple drawing style. Can't think of it and its driving me crazy.

People need to get a grip

Although, I would like to claim that I designed something that had this effect on people.

Shaving with olive oil

The internets just told me I can shave with olive oil instead of shave cream. Anyone ever try this?
