Is there a general format for writing an e-mail proposing new editorial to a magazine or publication ?
Typically for a photographer to submit images to a fashion magazine for example. But also adaptable for, visual art, written word, etcetera.

recently i have produced a small group of three photo-montage art works, all including what i assume would not be allowed on my blogspot portfolio, i.e sexual organs and their offensive and disturbing juxtapositions.. well i hope so anyway 8^)..
(and i dont want to make my site +18 really.. )

What then can i do with these pictures ?, is there somewhere i can submit to, or ask to host them ? It would be three pictures and size details beside each one that is all really.. And is it ok just to put something like " only click here if you are 18+ <link to new work> " on my blog ?.

i have been asked to send A4 sized images to a publishing company, color photos.. and i want them to look good..
please help me and tell me how many pixels x pixels should they be ?, and jpg's i assume right ?

Anyone know if there is somewhere online where you can download the forms that you use to ensure sharing of images and / or joint ownership of a photo set produced with a photographer or stylist etc?

What do you do with new work ?.
Have you ever offered "new work" as an exclusive to a magazine ?.
Is there a formula for this i am missing ?.. its not really a press release what i am thinking of..

hmmmm, i was just wondering, you know you can get bulbs / lights to heat or mimic the sun , designed for say, a pet reptile or whatever.
