Igor Ching San – “Good Fairy, Bad Fairy” Series

Character designer Igor Ching San, working out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has imagined a collection of art toys based on Brian Froud’s book, “Good-Faeries, Bad-Faeries.” These whimsical toys, hand formed out of Sculpey Super-Flex and standing roughly 2.5″ tall, bring the two dimensional sketches of Froud’s classic work to life with intricate details and stellar execution. In generating characters that are both whimsical and surreal, Igor Ching San succeeds in realizing a world once only imagined by readers.
