Illustrator and conceptual thinker Norio Fujikawa gets full-marks for this radical Jetscooter concept. Based in San Fransisco the designer has a penchant for futuristic ideas, with retro styling, and transport innovation that might become a reality in, say 2025. Until then we can only marvel and this creative genius.

if it flies it won't happen for public use, especially no way in the next 15 either

If it flies as fast as a jet, won't it blow your head right off? Or blow you right off the back of the thing, falling to your death?
I mean, it's cute and everything. But there's something fundamentally wrong with something that's going to go several hundred miles an hour, and not do anything to protect the rider from the wind.

In the 80's I thought everyone would be riding something like that by 2000.

looks pretty cool, but I think the only way you'd ever get that happening in the public is if the things were speed limited to like 70km an hr and could only go a foot or two off the ground..people are dangerous enough in cars - imagine if we were all allowed to fly instead...

Needs a suitable rider. Oh, here he is...
