Some of you are just plain sloppy, lazy and unprofessional when it comes to handing off files. Name your layers, use named layer sets and don't flatten everything if another person will be using the PSD.

Leave things how you'd want them left for you or go back to deep-frying McNuggets.

Christ, those buttons are ugly. Do I really have to stick that 1997-style thing on our site? Seems the lads over there could've come up with something a little more generic that would translate better across multiple design styles. Even more like their 1999-style standard buttons would have been better.

When you create a spec for developers and other designers to use, try actually checking YOUR OWN FUCKING MEASUREMENTS first to see if they're correct, so that other people (like me, for instance) don't have to come in and clean up your fucking mess. Also, don't flatten all your fucking layers, asshole.
