vormburo update II

hi kids,

so i made some cosmetic changes to my site and added a few pages. On one page i will educate clients what Vormburo is about and the other will be a page for links related to design in many ways.. But it's late so i still need to add the content for the other pages later on.

here it is:
http://www.vormburo.nl/

and here is the old one:
http://www.vormburo.nl/old/

let me know if it all aligns well and stuff..

(win2k/ie5 users can ignore this site)

:)

ps. i don't need to know how it looks on Safari/Firefox OSX.

cheers,

Mal,

I remember you posted this extensive database of biological drawings a long while back. It was a .edu site i think. It had very high res scans of old scientific drawings of animals etc. Do you remember?

Stuka,

What happened to your links collection? http://www.stuka.dk/urls_m.html
I had it bookmarked but now it is completely gone.. or have you moved it?

ibook vs powerbook

what is best?

i need to recommend one for a friend who's a photographer and basically needs it only to preview and edit photographs on the spot and send them..

he wants something reliable. Mac only as he has a G4 already.

i have read so many complaints about powerbook problems (screen, overheat and what not)

and never heard ibook owners complain, and it's cheaper as well!!

this guy doesn't need superpower, just the most reliable Mac notebook that is out there..

snob

how do you avoid to sound snobbish when trying to explain to a client what is better for them? esp. the first time?

sometimes ii feel uncomfortable always educating them and explaining a bevel is not the solution to his image problem.. (etc.)
