Multi-column web layout

I'm wondering if there is a way to link multiple columns together, so that text in the left column flows over to the next column and so on. similar to how inDesign links content frames. Can this be done with DIVS?

Image Spark

Just got an email saying I signed up for this beta. I don't remember doing so, but it seems like it may be a good alternative to ffffound since I'm not coo enough to get in there.

When you're working on a large scale piece like say a billboard. Do you work at actual size in photoshop? 180-300dpi?
That doesn't seem right to me.

Excalibur Gondola Incident

LATEST UPDATE - 6:25pm PST

The Excalibur Gondola evacuation was completed at 5:51 pm this evening. Fifty-three guests were safely evacuated from the lower line of the Excalibur Gondola after a structural failure on tower 4 caused the gondola to cease operation.

We are very thankful that no-one was seriously injured in this incident. A full investigation by Whistler Blackcomb and the BC Safety Authority is currently underway to determine the cause of the failure.

Guitar

My 13 year old nephew has been getting into playing electric guitar, and would now like an acoustic for Xmas. Does he need a full size guitar, or will a 3/4 size be ok for him?
I have no clue when it comes to this stuff.
Thanks,

PHP Help

Ok, I'm not a developer by any means, but I thought I'd take a stab at this solution a buddy of mine needs.
I've managed to make script that dynamically fills in a table 3 columns wide with every image in a directory (folder). What I need now is to be able to stop filling the table once there are 6 cells full (3 columns by 2 rows) then create a numbered breadcrumb list under the table that takes you to the next set.
can anyone point me to a resource for this sort of thing?

Thanks,
D_Dot

Logo Crit

Friend of mine just purchased a bobcat and plans on offering his services to small contractors as well as snow removal in the coming winter. He asked me to make him a logo and business card to hand out. I'm not charging him anything except a few winter storm driveway clean-ups. Does this logo convey what I've described?
Thanks.

We ♥ It

I've been using this a lot lately. Mostly because I don't have a fffound account. Does anyone use both? and can maybe compare the two?
There seems to be a lot of links to ffffound accounts anyway. I've been really enjoying it.

House Hunting

I fucking hate it! Finally found a place that I didn't want to throw up in after being in it for 10 minutes. We made an offer $6000 above asking price and some other couple put $15,000 on top of that and got it.

</end rant>

Google calendar and Joomla

Currently looking for an easy to update calendar to post on a Joomla driven site. I thought Googles calendar might work well, but can't find a descent add on. Anyone ever done this? or have any better suggestions?
