Good Condensed Font for Body Copy Feb 11, 10, 7:05 p.m.

Looking for a good typeface to use for a lot of body copy used at small sizes. What's your faves?

Anybody know any good, artistic, authentic, bold documentary filmmakers/directors? I'm just trying to gather some samples. Preferable subject matter would be simple, everyday kinds of things. Stories about real people/real lives.

I can't remember where I saw this, or who the artist is, but I'm looking for the artist who paints people to blend in with a crazy detailed urban environment.

So if you're walking by, you wouldn't even notice someone was there, and all you really see is the eyes. And the photos were taken at the perfect angle, so the people blended in perfectly.

Anybody have any clues for me? Thanks for the help.

Anybody have a recommendation on a good printer for plastic business cards (online or not)?

I'm thinking 2-color, single sided. Frosted look. Not rounded corners. Standard business card size.

Vellum would work too, but that seems to be pretty pricey.

I have so many different fonts, photos, raster clipart, vector art, color palettes, patterns, textures, photoshop brushes, illustrator brushes, etc.

I find that I have so much stuff I'm saving for a rainy day, that I can never find anything when I need it.

How do you stay organized?

MP4s and Flash Dec 2, 09, 10:04 a.m.

Do any of you play MP4s in flash? I encoded a bunch of MP4s with the Adobe Media Encoder CS4, and the developer working on the project said there was a problem with the moov atoms or something. I'm not too big on video encoding, I just know the new Flash Player supports MP4s. Anyone have a clue if there's something extra you're supposed to do to get MP4s ready for Flash?

I thought this was pretty smart. I don't know if any action or change will come from it, but it's cool to see all the tweets across the country. At least Obama is finding ways to get people to communicate with their government.

When is it okay not to use a ™? I'm working on some banner ads for a client and I'm curious what you guys think about not using it at small sizes. Or just in general, when is it okay not to use it?
