Maybe it has been posted already but i am still amazed by this magazine "Intelligence in lifestyle". It has been blogged for a few times now and I know it's a magazine included monthly with a newspaper, called "Il Sole 24Ore".

I was just wondering if it was possible to order or buy it. Can't seem to find it.

since i'm a fan of Joaquin Phoenix, i must say i look forward to this. and i'm also very curious for the direction of Casey Affleck.

BUT, i don't know what to think of this. is it a work of genius or just a documentary of a total bum. is Joaquin faking it or not? i saw him in the media a couple of times so i tend to believe it.

wear a t-shirt with the logo of your company? Working in advertising or design, that is. My boss is going crazy about this and he would like us to wear one. I mean, I really like my job and my company, but a t-shirt? I dunno. It feels a little 1992.

What is in your oppinion the best designed magazine? The perfect combination of lay-out, typography, photography,... I'm not only talking about design related magazines. Everything goes. I, for one, have a strong affection for Wired magazine.

hi, i'm looking for -almost- free stockphotos. i'm working on a local project and my client can't afford 3000€ gettyimages. i offered them to arrange our own photoshoot but after calculating the price, this would cost him much more.

so if any of you guys know a good supplier of photography, low budget that is, please let me know.

Reading the thread by honest, and being a graduate (MFA) for two months now made me wonder how you guys got the job you liked. What did you do to impress? How did you start off in general?

I'm making a booklet out of a folded A2 recto-verso sheet. The friggin thing is, I haven't got it printed yet. Seems here in Belgium we're not sofisticated enough to have technology to print A2 double sided. Damn.

So, the only alternative so far is to print it all through a plotting machine on one side, and then to glue it together some f*cking how, without the paper getting all messed up.

Any suggestions? I'm kinda freaking out here.

Impressive stuff man! I really like it. Only two little things irritate me: the kaki-green BG, i don't like it, but i guess that's pretty personal. The other thing is, and I know this probably will cost you a great deal of time: the text in the colourbook is, upside down. I was always thought not to do that, for usability reasons.

But overall impressive usage of flash, and keep up your good work!
