"The A Better Tomorrow book was born in December 2008, when Mike Giesser, along with a few others, had an idea for a project that would take advantage of the many talented up-and-coming and established"
dont remember this being mike giessers idea !
- I think it was actually Digdre idea, remember the 'orso' thread & I proposed it should be done for Pactrick. Rest of work is done by Mike, Marco, Renée & many othersKiggen
- it was done my Mike, Marco, Rene & many othersKiggen
- All the design, organisation, etc they did, so credit is for them ofcourseKiggen

Have you tried:
RockPort
Phaidonthey do books for the creative industry.
Also, it maybe worth emailing the publisher that printed the book I love Dust did to raise money for the people of 9/11 as it is a similar idea. I have the book at home so I can find out, unless you already know

Creative review – Done:
http://www.creativereview.co.uk/…Feel a little embarrassed that I have been mentioned considering all I did was add fuel to a fire that was lit by those who have worked so doggishly hard – NotByHand, neue75_bold, Moamoa, Skt, Didgre, and others. Props should really go to you guys.
