    I may have posted this before, but it's worth posting again. Google App Engine has a free tier that could easily host an average site that gets 500 unique visitors a day. Probably more.

    In other words, it's a perfect free platform for hosting portfolio sites. Quota's are: 1GB of inbound traffic, 1GB asset storage, and 1GB log storage...for free. That could host a bunch of low traffic sites, let alone one.

    There's a bit more of a setup procedure than GoDaddy or whatever, but it's $0. If you've done any sort of web host config, it should be no problem.

    that would be perfect for my personal website, i'm under 500 visitors for sure
