does anyone know the best way to convert NTSC to PAL and then to PAL VHS without losing much of quality?
the work is ntsc quicktime mov. at the moment...

if you want to convert it digital,
you can do it with any video-program, just make a new file with the right settings (PAL)
import the NTSC file...and it will render...
But do notice that PAL is a higher quality than NTSC,
and a different frmae rate!

It depends on what videocard you have...for the compression of the PAL-movie to VHS.

It may be easier to just convert a video tape from ntsc to pal from your local video editing bureau.

its wierd, around my house theres a grocery store with a big sign that reads or something like that.
thats odd and ghetto for a bodega.
