I am trying to create some nice lettering which had a thick outline going around the letters.
I have figured out that this can be done buy duplicating the letters, and breaking appart on set and "Expanding the fill" by 1pix.
However, when i go to expand the fill by a futher 1pix to give me a thicker outline - i loose some letters!?!
Any solutions?

what you could try:
>copy the letters > break apart the letters > give the letters an outline > increase outline thickness > paste letters to a new layer on top of the outlines.if you want them all on one layer you could convert the lines to fills and paste the original letters on top of them.0

Do it in Illustrator or Freehand then import it into Flash.
