So if you want the zip file, why are you asking how to get the php3 file? Sorry if I'm dumb here, but I really don't understand your question...

Naw it's coolyou're not dumb I appreciate the help. Basically I click on the link that's supposed to contain the zip fil but instead of downloading the zip I get a box telling me internet explorer doesnt know how to handel the file...yadda, yadda, yaddaa if I proceed with the save I get a php3 file no zip.

Sounds like actionscript.org is having trouble with their server. You should try mailing them.
