i would doubt there are many since html is learnable (a word?)

sure, most things are learnable (it is a word, i checked on dictionary.com) in a week.
people still discuss it. i hope.

well, id say this is your best resource for basicall anything like that.
sure we talk shit a lot, but there are a lot of people in here who do a lot of differnt things. youll find out most anything you can think of here.
