How do I make a scroller similiar to the one on epitaph's website - the latest news section

cant say for sure, but it looks like he is just loading some external files into it.
doesnt look to complicated if this is the case, but i could be wrong.
it doesnt look like it is the updating kind, more like it updates when he makes a new external file, but again.. i could be wrong. that is just one way to do something like that.

(if it is that, then throw a random function in on the main movie and i think thats what is going on)

thanks but no I was talking about above that - there is that cool little scroll bar for the news section - It is some type of HTML or DHTML thing as far as I can see but I don't know how to do that - does anyone?
