Anybody have suggestions for a reliable PACKAGE / HOST combo for setting up an e-commerce merchant page?
Something that is better than the current MIVA / INTERLAND setup we're using now.

MadMerch / Media Temple
MadMerch can provide a solution that includes Fulfillment or you can do your own fulfillment. It is hosted at Media Temple.
However it is Miva based. But we will help you with integration. We can also provide manufacturing/production services.
