Does anyone know how to get Flash to use Smart Quotes (curly quotes as opposed to straight ones) on a PC? CTRL-SHFT-QUOTE doesn't seem to be working like it does in other programs...

anyone know how to make smart quotes, eM and eN spaces, dashes instead of hyphens?
Its little things like that that distinguish us from desktop publishers. But I can't figure it out! I'm going to be a labeled a dtp!
