Hardrock Hydraulic Drilling Rig is fully hydraulic control drilling machine. There is independent control panel for operator with great visibility during borehole drilling. The part of top drive which consist hydraulic motor and gearbox is designed and patented by Hardrock Drills.
The whole hydraulic system including pump, valve, hydraulic motor and hoses. All of them are from international famous brand like Eton, Parker etc., which it can guarantee the reliability and stability for drilling equipment, especially when during in very horrible condition.
The advantage of hydraulic drilling machine compared to mechanical rig is that it has better ergonomics, easier for operation especially for new starter, higher drilling efficiency as well as less break down.
It just need to do normal daily maintenance to keep rig working well. Due to the drilling energy is transferred to drilling model via hydraulic fluid, vibration coming from borehole drilling has less impact than to mechanical drills.
