I have a real design question that I can't seem to find answers to. I'm working on trying to add patterns (eps files) to existing blank towel photos (psd files). I am not talking just overlay, but mesh style so the artwork folds and feels just like the image.
I'm trying to get a pattern like this:
onto a photo like this:
https://elements-cover-images-0.…I would really like to create a template so that the client can drop any eps on the existing photograph and it would look realistic.
* fingers crossed that the images actually load.

creating a Smart Object Layer and then a highly complex warp looks like it is getting me close, but I'd have to spend so many hours making the warps correct.
- Keep in mind you can have multiple instances of the same smart object in the same file and they all update when one does. They can also be maskedscarabin
- ^ good for doing different parts of the drapery so nothing has to be “highly complex”scarabin
- oh man, making multiple instances of a smart object will make this much easier. i can isolate each area much easier. Thank you!capn_ron

A combi of exported substance painter sbar files and unity or unreal gameengine could be a solution. Might be overkill
