This was fucking metal (love the second part with “New Level”)
- Fuck Nazi Anselmowhatthefunk
- ^Continuity
- Unfortunately. I still hope that 2016 incident was just drunkenness https://www.youtube.…NBQ00
- drunk man speaks sober man's mind
https://www.youtube.…whatthefunk - Anselmo has also worn a T-shirt for the white power band Vaginal Jesus in past photos...whatthefunk
- Fuck him. But seems he wasn't like that in the 90s-2000 during the active Pantera days (?).NBQ00
- idk man, 1995 videos show him ranting about white pride and other racial stuff https://www.youtube.…whatthefunk
- and some other early info https://www.metalsuc…whatthefunk

Know of these guys, but never really paid attention to their music. Will be seeing them live with Mastadon in April.

Excellent track from Testament's most criminally underrated album (and one of my two favourites, the other being The Gathering).
- They seem to age like wine, and their music has gotten better and somehow the vocals still are powerful. \m/kaiyohtee

I'm sure this is has been posted before but I like to watch it at least once a year.

I forgot how great this song is. I'm not a huge Priest fan, but this song is epic:

iam not into metal at all.. but the video is dope
- video by Tim Saccenti
https://twitter.com/…grafician - Not even sure I'd call Metallica 'metal' anymore. This track is meh.Continuity
- That's so Tim.dopepope
- All 3 last albums that sound like this. Getting tired of this “thrash”. Wish they’d do properly deep, hard metal like “...and justice” for all or “black album”.NBQ00

Icons: Rex Brown of Pantera.
This is really well done

- Devin Townsend is the most terrifying guy in metal, for real.Continuity
- MS true facts: the band I was in supported SYL on their UK tour promoting this album Devin Townsend is a lovely chap, so we’re the rest of the band....Morning_star
- ...particularly Gene Hoglan. We got a better review from Kerrang that SYL. This is my favourite track from City. Thanks for being back the memories.Morning_star
- *were *than *bringing.Morning_star
- Haha, holy fuck, that's awesome!
Oh yeah, that's right, Gene Hoglan was on drums for this. He's with Testament now, if I'm right.Continuity

Feat King Buzzo from SNIVLEM

Yeah, so this happened a day ago, out of the blue. Thoughts?
- I don't think I'm there with this.Continuity
- Actually, I'm having enormous trouble reconciling this with the knowledge that this is the same band that did 'One', for example.Continuity
- I haven't really liked Hatfields modern vocals these last couple of decades, but the music is catchy enough for mekaiyohtee
- His vocals are OK in this. But I find the whole thing a bit like 'Motorhead does pop'. That open-A main riff is really Motorhead-y.Continuity
- drums are too louddasohr
- On the upside, Lars can actually keep time in this track.Continuity
- Listened to it again.
Meh. Simplistic lyrics, predictable Kirk Hammett solo, a third bassist you can't hear in the mix.Continuity
