Wordpress windows 301s

anyone know how to drop in a list of 301 redirects for wordpress on a windows server?
ive narrowed it down to a web.config file containing this but dont know what to stick in there. ive around 200 redirects page to page to input

sorry no - I had this issue ages ago but I changed the server to linux.
