How often do you floss?

You can "pick", either with one of those water picks or tooth picks. My folks have been doing that their entire lives and never had any tooth problems. It's all about not letting junk stay there.
I try to floss daily, but catch myself dismissing it when I am tired, stressed, drank, etc. It's good, though, you can feel it when you don't do it (and my gums will bleed if I don't do it often).
Fun stuff.

I'll do a thorough flossing before bed a feels good. Maybe during the day after eating corn or meat. Referring to the dental thread, I learned my lesson.
As a kid my mom used to yell at me, "floss your teeth, you can plant onions in your plaque!"
- If you floss meat hours after eating, make sure you smell the floss just to remind yourself how better off you are without that in your mouth overnight.mg33

Should you floss first or brush first?

While tooth brushing removes plaque from tooth surfaces, it can't do the entire job of removing plaque.

I feel like the more you floss, them more you need to floss.
