I am looking for some advice from the QBN community on organization of digital assets, ideally from persons with experience, or deeper understanding than my own, on organizing files/content/assets preferably using a cloud hosting service like drop box or something similar.
At my office we are re-organizing the active jobs folders to be more sensible, easy to navigate, flexible for things to change in the future, but self-descriptive enough to allow for remote users to login to the shared drive and be able to find the files they need.
The small company I work for does a lot of website development so if any advice could be lent with that in mind it would be greatly appreciated.

I am interested in this as well. Currently trying to find a great solution to sync our basecamp files with a local office server repository (right now big files are saved to the local office server and everything else slammed into basecamp) so theres a lot of double checking two places.
