  Hey guys, I need your thoughts on "upping your game" as a designer/developer.

  I have been thinking for a long long time now about developing a course with input from top end designers for anyone that wants to improve not just their tech skills but also other skills such as:

  'How to sell yourself - without selling out'
  'Should you find a niche for your skills'
  'Employed Vs Freelance'
  'Creating a strong portfolio'
  etc etc

  Firstly... how important is it to you as a designer that you keep improving in all areas?

  Secondly... would this be something you guys would be interested in being involved with?
