anyone got one? is it a good phone?
- gilgamush-2
it has some annoying features. google is hard wired into the stupid thing. it wants to go into google voice recognition for no apparent reason and you cant get rid of it. not a bad phone but has a couple obnoxious idiosyncrasies. got mine for free with a plan untill i got sick of it's shit and traded it in. no longer have a dozen permanent amazon and google apps irritating me
- you are talkiing such bollocks - Samsung bloatware isn't really a problem these days. And what do you mean hardwired into google - of course it is - its Androidfadein11
- Samsung do not install permanent Amazon apps.fadein11

"got mine for free with a plan"
haha, you realise it's not free don't you? And in fact over the course of your contract you pay at least double the price for the phone over buying it outright.
- <fadein11
- I genuinely think people don't realise this. Everyone seems to simply accept that a mobile phone should cost ~£50 a month, for 24+ months, without blinkingdetritus
- I swear I have to explain this to someone once a month!formed
- Yes yes, obviouslygilgamush
- Bill asked for opinions on the s6. Do any of you have one or did you just come here to trollgilgamush
- Whatever answer you'd prefer, consider it the other one xset
- So cryptic. Is that x for hugs and kisses like xoxo type shitgilgamush
- It's not cryptic in the least you big half witset
- how do you like it, I love the look of edged screen.utopian
- i'm sure what you're saying is clever but it's lost on me, fill me in won't yougilgamush

found it cheaper to buy the phone on a contract with hardly any minutes etc and a separate sim from three (for unlimited internet) than to buy it all together from three. it works out around £10 per month cheaper #madness

When my contract is up in the next few months...I am going to dump my antiquated, inferior and outdated iPhone with either the Galaxy Note 6 or S6 Edge.

sony phones suck, my missus had 2 and had nothing but problems with them. they seem to build faults into the hardware!
ive got the lg g2 but for me the killer feature of the new s6's is the screen. its awesome.

i imagine this phone is not anything revolutionary. The question that you should be asking... is this phone comparable to an iPhone at a cheaper price?
- Talking about "not anything revolutionary" and or "innovative" the iPhone is the dinosaur of smart phones.utopian
- everyone expects Apple to outdo themselves. held back behind their own design language. but everyone else just tries to make something comparable and cheaper.omg
- the S6 screen really makes the iphone look old, not sure 'cheaper' is relevant in this convo (relevant in another, but not with the S6)formed

i have a phone comparable to the current iphone, its the first generation iphone... hasnt moved on a lot since back in 2005. i bought the 4s it was ok but just had 4g enabled and took video natively... the iphones are a stagnant platform.
