- Muse is for designers who are used to InDesign, but who don't know how to perfectly build and maintain sites all by themselves with traditional web toolsmonospaced
- I'm one of those, and I appreciate the tools in Muse. It's worked great for small sites I've put up, and I don't know shit about building sites.monospaced

for those that use it, do you think muse will be another product Adobe will drop in the near future -- or does this puppy have legs?

Personally, I think it has legs. It has been improved regularly with new features, and has somewhat of a following. Even then, when using it, it still feels like an experiment. Almost like an early Photoshop where the tools were simple and there was a good amount of trial and error.
I think if they keep putting resources into its development, and the community keeps building up the asset warehouse, it could stick around.
I have no idea if its code is good, or if it's editable or usable by anyone else, though. There's a lot of hate for WYSIWYG website apps in general by the web building community.
