I received a message from Google that 247 of my pages would not be good for mobile usage and therefore get marked as "not for mobile usage". Whatever this is supposed to mean.
As I have set CSS media queries for different viewport sizes, I wondered if you think my site is accessible with a mobile.
The issues from Google are:
- menu items too close together
- viewport width not defined (I could add this)
- font sizes too smallI would appreciate your help. My website is NSFW: http://www.simonbolz.com
Thank you!

As a side note, fuck off Google and get off your high-horse with the mobile analysis bullshit.
- < Aye. I got one of these emails from Google the other day and thought much the same. And then thought, yeah, they're probably right.detritus
- ..the utter, utter cunts.detritus
- The problem is, it's not for them to decide, it's for the audience.ETM
- Why should they not show results for sites a person may want, because they might have to do a pinch and zoom?ETM

Maybe we should be happy, they are probably creating lots of extra work for designers and developers. But yeah, it does seem a bit subjective.

I just added a <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"> and google screams hurray. However their system is quite slow in loading and checking so from time to time they say several ressources could not get loaded.
Anyways, Google is happy now.
Thanks for your help!
- Yeah, that bit of meta is required for any responsive site to work properly. But even with it things could still be too small, etc.evilpeacock
- I have CSS media queries and it should work fine. Don't own all devices, so can't check everything...SimonFFM
