I always thought I'd say chef but then I think of how shitty the hours would be. So hard to imagine not being a designer.

I like the idea of retiring and then opening a bed and breakfast or even starting a food truck. Not really careers sorry.

If I could go back, I'd get a MBA in addition to my MArch (Masters of Architecture), they had dual degrees at Columbia (my second choice), but I didn't know about it. The longer I run my business and the more I do with RE development, the more I realize I have much to learn.
Having better clients with bigger budgets would be pretty nice now, though :-)
- so what you doing with that MArch now a day?2002
- does the degree help with RE?2002

- Are you designing at all or more project management / biz dev?2002
- Both. Always creative direction, but depends on the project. I get plenty of both and actually enjoy both.formed

Being a director would be pretty cool too. Or a fashion photog, but both would require lottery luck to do good things.

Commercial Director. I work in the Industry on the side and it's something I've been wanting to do. Getting old though, so I'm feeling discouraged.
