Slice tomato in half, glaze olive oil, salt + pepper to taste, same with spanish onion. Same with large vine tomato. Throw in oven heating up to 200c, once pre-heated to 200c.Get a chicken breast fillet, cajun seasoning, sprinkle cajun seasoning on bake, for ~17mins at 200c
In meantime steam some zucchini last 8 mins of chicken cooking.
Once 17mins is up, pull chicken out leave tomato and onion in (i like mine a bit charred hehe) and let chicken rest for 5mins wrapped in foil.
Crack open a fresh imported Becks.
FUCKING BAM.
