the type treatment is interesting,
but photography is a bit uneven....well - lit with nice sidelight and contrast:
(this image sets an expectation that's not lived up to by the next image)...flat lighting, with not enough side light or contrast, looks more amatuerish:
I know they both look a bit different in the layout, with background colors, etc... but this does show me quality photos matter, i.e. the brand-level of the look may be judged by the least good photo, not the most good photo....
you could add a bit of contrast, and/or make the black levels harsher in photoshop for the second photo, but it won't have that "top end branding look"

Those two images are not that great and the second one is very flat and amareur looking. The edges on the second one needs work. Extracting it from the background wasn´t very well done.... you can still see a little of the background around the dudes....
And the letterspacing in the big type is just not right. Very uneven. (wow 3.0 Announcement)
The flags at bottom don´t seem to be completely aligned.
There´s more stuff that needs to be changed, but I´m too lazy to type today.

I'm walking out the door in 30 seconds, but happened to see this.
Before any I can spend any more words, my 2¢ is: ACE JOB. Really like the palette and spacing.
- Thanks for the kind words, I'll let the design team know!!antimotion

DESIGN IS AWESOME. UX is the same as every other single page WP sites.

I like it.

It's nice, but needs to be tightened up; for example the pop-up menu should take up 1/2 of the space horizontally instead of 1/2 + 30 pixels or whatever it is.
No responsive? or is it device-based instead of dimension-based?

It's set up like a responsive site, but then doesn't work like one.
There is too much empty colored space.
- Exactly, 'feels' responsive but then...ugh.ArmandoEstrada
