I found a job posting I liked and sent an email to the address specified. A week has gone by and I haven't gotten a response.
Do I call the main number, send a follow up email to the same original email address or find an employee name and try to email them personally?

sad to say this is the modern way
no-one bothers to get in touch unless they're interested.
call them and get the pfo verbally

Get them on the phone and confirm their interest or rejection verbally.
Don't act needy, just be punctual and explain you'd like to know as it affects decisions elsewhere. Whether you have other offers on the table or not, juggling multiple prospective jobs has a strain on you.

find another posting you like and email the address specified until you do receive a response.

I've gone on so many interviews this year. Most never wrote back to say no thanks.
