"it strikes me as deeply ironic that we will vehemently protest a free Facebook messenger app because we’re outraged at reports that it can access our phone’s numbers, and yet turn around and excuse the serving up of women’s bodies for our own pleasure." - some blogger

Let me break it down here, folks:
Normal behaviour: Feelings of sexual desire towards a beautiful and talented woman.
Abnormal (aka "seriously fucked up") behaviour: Acting on that desire (in this case seeking nude images of her) even though you KNOW she does not want you to see them.
Sociopathic behaviour: Making arguments that attempt to excuse your actions (e.g. "she is a celebrity", "her fault for taking them", "it's harmless", "everyone is doing it", "it's only natural", etc) or, even just feeling no sense of guilt regarding your actions. You have dehumanized this woman: you've ignored her basic humanity and you've done it without remorse. This is the definition of sociopathic behaviour.
You might claim "I'm not a sociopath", but it is your actions that define you.

- i know, thanks mono ;)benfal99
- No, my post is not exaggerated at all. Many people hear "sociopath" and think of a TV serial killer or something.nb
- I'm merely describing sociopathic behaviour as defined in our society.nb
- Go read a bit on sociopathy. You would make a terrible psychiatrist ;)benfal99
- you retard :)2002
- I'd say you are all morally deranged..

ORAZAL - I may not be a psychiatrist, but at least I am trying to be a decent human being.nb
- Blowing something out of proportion and calling people names doesn't make you a good personreanimate
- Is leaking pics good? No of course not. But there are bigger problems in the world than people seeing a celebrity naked.reanimate
- I hope nobody here has cancer.monospaced
- Yes, there are definitely bigger problems in the world. But, this is an easy one to fix, at least on a personal level.nb

I fuckn hate this century- It's just skin
Everybody calm down :)ZOOP - Holy shit, moron. You sound like the guy who says "If she didn't want to get raped she shouldn't have worn sexy clothes."nb
- You hate this century? Because women are expecting that they have a right to privacy?nb
- stfu, you are the specialist in putting word in other people's mouth, how about you think of the repercussion this kind of laws will have it passes, gosh I fuckn hate people that can't think critically, there are many steps people can take to genuily protect themselves from "hacking" but apparently you're not smart enough to think of them, so go whiteknight somewhere elseGeorgesII

- Her password wasn't strong enough & she used the wrong cloud service? So she doesn't deserve privacy?nb
- simple, you don't want your shit to be stolen, you think about it and protect it accordingly. am I the only thinking it's kinda better to be cautious in lifeGeorgesII
- to be cautious in lifeGeorgesII

little steps you can take if you don't want your pics to end up on the cloud
I'm on android so I use this >>
https://play.google.com/store/ap…maybe it's too hard to protect yourself when you believe there's magic that protect your phone from intruders
- Your RIGHT to privacy (in USA and most countries) does not expect or require you to have knowledge of cloud security.nb
- Any security expert will tell you that there is no true 100% safe way to send data.nb
- I'm not even going to argue with you, you are probably the kind of person that write his credit card pin on the card itself because there's not reason your bank account, do you also leave the door of your appartment open because you have the RIGHT to not get robbed. gtfoGeorgesII
- there's no reason to protect it after all, do you also leave the door of your appartment open because you have the RIGHT to not get robbed. gtfoGeorgesII
- not get robbed, gtfo trollGeorgesII
- It's not the same as banking, that's a personal property / possession issue. But, if I did write my pin on the card, it would still be illegal to steal from me.nb
- ...still be illegal to steal from me.If the person were caught, they would not be able to use a "but he wrote his PIN on his card" defence.nb
- ...as a defence for their crime. Again, rights are not granted based on one's ability to protect themselves.nb
- ukit20
I don't think Apple will see much blowback from this because it doesn't affect the average person. Look at all the companies that had thousands of accounts, credit card numbers, etc hacked recently.
- As I said, Apple couldn't pay for better advertising. "All the starlets are doing kinky stuff on their iPhones, how cool!"raf
- detritus0
We're all being trolled.
- nb0
How about that they were using cloud services which are sold to them as being safe and secure?
You "hate this century" because women are expecting that they have a right to privacy? Well you can either build a time machine and go back to a time when women didn't expect any rights at all, or you can grow up and get over it.
- freedom0
Why so people take nude photos anyways?
Do they send them to people or just save them and never look at them?
- GeorgesII0
Goddammit son of a crusty neckbeard.
where you on planet earth this past year? have you ever heard about some mate called Ed the hardcore Snowden?
there's no privacy on the fuckn net, there never fuckn was, you can white knight all you want, push your silly ideals and even believe you're right,
it is still wrong,
after all the "revelations" that came out these past months, you still don't take your net security seriously, I remember this saying more than a decade ago, "what you put on the net remains on the net", now if you're too hardcore to protect your data accordingly, don't come crying when some nigerian prices phishes your bank account, next time I leave my car unlocked at night and get robbed, I'll make sure to let the insurance company, I have the RIGHT to car privacy!!
- DUDE she didn't just post nude photos on the net. She sent them on a passworded account, right? That's similar locking your car.nb
- I know that there isn't security, but not everyone does. Apple's website says that iCloud is secure and encrypted.nb
- Also, if you leave your car unlocked & it's stolen, you still call the police, & it's treated the same as any other auto theft.nb
- why do I even try to explain simple things to youGeorgesII
- Your arguments are so weak. Fucking classic victim blaming bullshit.nb
- anyone who uses the term victim blaming is so far in the hole that it's not even worth explaining why, but i'll bite http://www.google.co…GeorgesII
- http://www.google.co… and I know you'll never understand what I'm implyingGeorgesII
- Wow, thanks for the scientific evidence to back up your claims. Lulz. Moron.nb
