I use a combination of task magagement software:

BUT that is for a team of 2; IF/WHEN I worked with a larger team, we used base camp, which seams to be the gold standard for project management:
- Most are moving towards subscription based methods which raises overhead BUT I'm finding my mix perfect.ideaist
- Try out a few of the trials to see how well they function in your current ecosystem...ideaist
- ...as well as scale both upwards and downwards.
