Working late and I had one of those random flimsy business ideas & associated super cool domain name moments.
I typed domains in my browser. Of course Google was already logged in and tracking my every movement. Then I just searched for the name like I'm using a familiar Google search UI. Found my name and checked out in under 3mins.
Pretty slick when I think of the normal process going to godaddy. Takes me that long to get into where I want to be.
I'll probably think it was a stupid idea tomorrow but fuck it.

Just finished transferring a few domains over. Really clean and easy to update DNS info. Basic but so much better than the godaddy site. Free private domain info is pretty nice. Kinda shitty up-sale for wix & shopify etc. under the website tab

"New domain endings like .guru and .photography can help you find a meaningful address that stands out on the web."
I wonder if anyone is really using .guru or .photography
