How often do you work with clients who are completely clueless? How much teaching do you typically have to do with a client? I'm currently designing a logo for a client who didn't even know what a .pdf was and I am curious if I have been fortunate to deal with more educated clients before this.

i spend a lot of time teaching people about what can be achieved and why things are important... many clients choose to ignore it all.
i managed to double a clients sales but because i wanst doing it through content marketing they cancelled their contract.
