You'll need to redraw your artwork. I think your design could work as 1 colour if redrawn properly. The characters still read as your characters, and the composition works. Try 1 colour to start, then add 1-2 key colours as fills if really necessary. Save this artwork for a full-colour lunchbox or something.

The screen printer would either do this for you (depending on their capabilities), or would help you troubleshoot it.
It looks like you have gradients in there, so considering this, it might be best to try to break it down yourself, and use the colors to your advantage. Use spot colors (pantones, if you wish), and use tints.
- e.g., dark blue/green gradient over a light blue solidmonospaced
- I had to do this with beverage packaging, and had only 5 colors per can to make complicated artmonospaced

Cool thanks mono, yeah i asked the printer to see if they can work with my vectors and to see what they come up with. If they dont want to do the work until i commit to the print or if they come back with something that looks wack, i'll bite the bullet and separate myself properly /artistically. Appreciate the help!

8 colours is a LOT for screen printing. your registration is going to be all over the place. Iron-on is probably the way to go.

You can screen CMYK. Not as vibrant but possible.

Can anyone recommend any good Digital printers in Canada or US?

This is just gonna be too costly to do silkscreen. I suppose i can come up with a simpler design, but the colors is the name of the game..

You never did silkscreening before?

Digital printing on tees isn't good. If you want bad quality that won't last, go for it.

DTG (direct to garment) can get good results - just had a great sample. Took a lot of company samples to find a good printer though.
Colours on fabric will never be as vibrant though.
That design wouldn't be economically viable as silkscreen.
I would look for alternatives or change the artwork as thats a nightmare for silkscreen.
