Studio - Typically does design, art direction, photography, coding/programming,
Agency - Typically does media buying, research, strategy, write briefs. Might outsource creative.
Firm - Somewhere in between, you choose.

i did it all in reverse i started an agency in 1998 and in 2007 moved away and became a corporate wage slave to save my sanity (and fill my pockets)

We started 18 months ago after running big digital and advertising agencies, now up to 9/10 people and loving it. based in London.

Ok, agency might not be the best word. But do we have any QBNers that have gone from solo freelancer into more of a small agency?
I'm looking for some people to interview who've been on this journey so they can inspire the next generation that want to do the same...
