    What are my options?

    Working on a RESTful API for And Scene (http://andscene.net/) and perusing my options. My first choice right now is creating something from scratch using MySQL and CodeIgniter, but I'm wondering if there are other options out there that help get me there faster?

    Hoping this smart crowd might have some leads.
