Indesign CC never shuts down properly. I'm not sure if I'm having RAM issues or their cloud products are unstable.CC 'kinda tookover' my CS6 projects... everything just starting defaulting to CC. Everything was so much more stable and normal ten years ago. Something's Fucky.

I downloaded the trial and had the same issue and more.

CC "took over" your CS6 projects because you installed CC and the files automatically default to open with the newest version of the installed software. It's not a glitch.
Furthermore, and this is only from experiences with our entire national design team, we haven't experienced any issues with the cloud services. In fact, we use them constantly with great success. How is CC not shutting down properly for you?

Yes but the Cloud is such a great advantage to consumers because...uh...hmmm
- online storage, file backup, good stuff for when we're mobilemonospaced
- faster upgrade cycle, way more apps, etcmonospaced
- A perpetual bill to access your past work... because you can only 'rent' the software now.monNom
- if it's past work, you should have a machine with your old software capable of opening them.ESKEMA
- It's easy to do online storage, I don't need an Adobe subscription for thatreanimate
- Right, but CC it's integrated and it's "free" with subscription.monospaced

mono - they fail to shutdown, causing me to force them. I'm glad that you haven't had any issues, consider yourself one of the few, apparently.

i never have had issues with cc—could be your system, canoe. are you using latest osx? would you rather buy software every year for $2k? get with the program!
- I'm on cs5 and haven't had to spend any money in last 4 years. works just as good as cchotroddy
