Does anyone have any tips on standalone, offline HTML sites on a tablet and how to use fonts? I'm assuming that it should be as easy having the fonts in a folder like you would on a live site?
I should add that I'm going from InDesign > HTML for a project that is turning a printed book into a tablet book, and with the in5 plugin for it I can choose between text as images, or HTML and CSS.

You can reference the font locally using @font face,
Eg-
@font-face {
font-family: myfontname;
font-style: normal;
font-weight: 400;
src: url(http://localhost/xampp/mysit... format('woff');
}Then in the CSS just use p {font-family:myfontname;}

Hope that helps.

^but you will need to include several font file types to suit diffrent browsers/devices.
