Set, what's the beef with fluoride? I've read so many articles saying it's terrible, then our government here in the UK slaps it in our water supply to apparently help with tooth decay. You can't even buy fluoride from the chemist without a doctors prescription, so why can the government legally give us some form of chemical in our fucking drinking water? I think that's a bigger deal than just brushing our teeth with it and not actually ingesting it.

^ If you rub it into your gums it goes straight into your bloodstream without being subjected to stomach acid and filtered by your liver.
As far as my research took me, it's only a few places in the UK that they fluoridate the water, but yes it's despicable. I know the whole country has chlorine in the water.
I use a water distiller myself, and even after distilling one litre of tap water, the disgusting chlorine stinking gunk left at the bottom is shocking. Certainly rather have that at the bottom of the distillation tank than in my body.
- id look into re mineralization of the water if you distill. part of the water usefulness is water pick up minerals from the earth, makes it more alive to the body..yurimon

Flossing is more important for your dental health than brushing. And using a toothbrush that is less than 3 months old is more important than using any toothpaste at all.
