- this is an amazing series. Every character has such a unique depth to them, and women aren't just a sideshow.Ianbolton
- 2nd one in, and yeah its all that.Wordsworth
- ohhh boi. they really stretched the tension till it's hair thin on episode 9.pango
- ^yupYakuZoku

- Yeah I really enjoyed this one!robthelad
- Me too. Nice and creepy, although I can see this storyline playing out to nothing - like Lost? Hope not as I do enjoy itIanbolton

Watched this again last week. What a brutally amazing TV show. Riz Ahmed and John Turturro are fantastic characters
- Excellent.. have to give this one a rewatch.Ramanisky2
- This was great.CyBrainX
- The first episode is a masterclass in tension, the rest is brillantspl33nidoru
- yeah it was goodHAL9001
- Forgot about this one. Really well done.wagshaft
- So goodmort_
- Um, how did I miss this? Riz and Turturro in a show together? BRBgarbage
- i really wanted the cat to be alright and Tuturro's eczema to clear up - poor lad.Ianbolton
- I never want to se Turturo again as long as I live.boobs

Really struggled with this one.
It’s beautifully shot/directed with great sound designHowever, once the creep factor of Season 1 fades and boy it fades out quick, every other episode feels like filler, nothing really happens. Super Thin story stretched out over 4 seasons ... good thing each ep is only 30min on average.
- First two seasons were fantastic, the eeriness, cinematography, score, characters, story but, they dragged it and dragged it, watched them all nonetheless.Wordsworth
- Really should have edited this entire story down to 2 seasons. Might have been more impactful and honestly, even the ending was... meh.Ramanisky2
- I like actors but couldn't get into watching it, did seem really well made.PhanLo
- I liked all the actors as well. However the main character Dorothy (well played by Lauren Ambrose) was insufferable.
Hated her eccentricity with a passion.Ramanisky2 - THERE'S 4 SEASON ???
Wow i didnt know! I liked S01 but dropped it at S02HAL9001 - ^ yes 4!!! 2 of those seasons are all filler episodes. Nothing really happens.Ramanisky2
- Definitely lasted longer than it should have. But love the characters esp Julianmxhxr

Has Atlanta vibes but definitely its own thing.
- Gardener1
- Dan Schneider is a real slimeball and the people Nickelodeon hires to be around young teen actors is very disturbing.Ramanisky2
- "slime"ball? i can only presume pun intendedimbecile
- he's bad but he ain't the worst, watch out for the Pickle ManGardener
- Ramanisky24
- That was great, thanks.
Bleak though.webazoot - ^ very ... but oh so well made.Ramanisky2
- That was great, thanks.

- Loved this. I cant find S2 anywhere in Austhumb_screws
- Its on torrents thumb, the S2 is just as strong as the first, so good.Wordsworth
- This was a good show. Looking forward to season 2 to land in the UKHAYZ1LLLA
- Yes, S2 is still great. Just a bit annying that it's only coming out each week. I am too old to wait.Longcopylover
- Dirty downloads is the Australian way, unfortunately. Blame Jabba the Murdoch.MrT
- @Longcopylover if you are too old to wait, you have waited for network television shows before :)jagara
- I hope this won't be violent.CyBrainX

- 2 eps in ... Really great so far.Ramanisky2

Fantastic first two episodes so far, love Noomi.
- That second episode seemed very conclusive. Very good story so far.CyBrainX
- Just finished the 4th Ep and I’m sad to report that it’s losing me. It’s going off the rails.Ramanisky2
- It lost me at 4th as well. Didn't even care to understand it.Wordsworth
- I became more interested in Henry's story. Also, the 80s cassette recorder becoming a communication device between quantum realities was a bit much.CyBrainX
- I finished it ... it does get a little better but not much. Very confusing at times.
It’s still quality in atmosphere and cinematography, so that’s a plus.Ramanisky2

3 body problem is better than I thought it would be.
- Have you read the books? It's a wee while since I read the first one, but tv series seems to diverge massively from it - is that the case?Nairn
- Unfortunately never got round to the books. I remember you recommended them here.thumb_screws
- It was good, entertaining for sure but I felt a bit underwhelmed.Ramanisky2
- confusing first 3 episodes, standard sci-fi from 4-6 and running out of steam from 7-8 ...Bluejam
- @Bluejam, spot on. I thought the concept behind it was great, the earlier episodes are better.Morning_star
- I'm liking it so far. I think I'm in the middle. I like the Game of Thrones representation.CyBrainX
- Gardener4
annoying and entertaining in equal measure but worth it if you like Brassic, Lock Stock/Snatch
- yup, started this last nightYakuZoku
- Watched it. Enjoyed it. It was fun and entertaining. It’s not winning any awards. Brassic is better.Morning_star
- Really enjoying it so far ...
only on ep3Ramanisky2 - You nailed the description. Entertaining, but definitely annoying.formed
- Yeah enjoying this, like a happy meal version of the GR filmsprophetone
- we are getting this going tonight, woohooAQUTE
- Tapped out after the first episode of this. More annoying than entertaining for mesausages
- I have watched this in 3 evenings. It has some great moments and was enjoyable. It slowly turns into a crumbled ball of "whaaat?" though as they try to wrap upHorp
- The idea of treating each as a standalone plot, but plot each calling back and interlinking just became too messy IMHO. Not sure if it's a set up for a season 2Horp
- i'm still yet yet to watch the last 30 minutes of the final episode - and not even sure i'm that bothered. Often great fun, but yeah... what Horp saidIanbolton
- I just finished it. I liked it despite the insufferable brother.CyBrainX
- BuddhaHat5
Seems to have been bagged by a bunch of reviewers but I just finished the last episode (#6) and I thought it was a pretty satisfying story all up. Jodie Foster was good, and the supporting cast had some great performances. Saying anything more risks spoilers so I'll leave it at that.
- Apart from the polar bear it was awful. A narrative shambles, so full of holes and unnecessary exposition. Really, really disappointing. The actors seems to...Morning_star
- ...constantly struggle with shallow and incomprehensible characters. It's worse than season 2. Utter fucking toilet water.Morning_star
- ^ that's the kind of review I was referring toBuddhaHat
- +1 MorningstarWordsworth
- You're welcome.Morning_star
- 9.8 for the polar bear
7.3 for the storymilfhunter - I watched it, I liked itprophetone
- Enjoyed it. Not the best but certainly not as bad as Season 2.
Season 1 is still the gold standard.Ramanisky2 - Watchable, its ok-good. But not much.HAL9001
- It's time to stop. They tried three times and they failed miserably. Nothing can touch season 1.crazyprick
- Was fun; good NOT great. I love Jodie / she can do no wrong.ideaist
- Couldn't stand it... +1 Morning_starJrdntnnr
- So much wrong with it. But I had to watch it. +1 for the cleaning crew seal team six.wagshaft
- lolprophetone
- am I the only person that liked season 2?DaveO
- I didn't mind season 2. There were too many narrative threads, could of been tightened up.thumb_screws
- The ending this season felt rushed.thumb_screws
- This shit was so bad. Shoehorning culture shit. “Should she get an eskimo chin tattoo?” Every woman is like an old dyke that also screws worthless dudes. Yawn.cannonball1978
- Season 4 was so beautifully shot, it was worth it for that.mort_
- i_monk-3
- Was avoiding this because I only made it thru 10 minutes of the 2005 movie of the same name. But a couple of people recommended it, I'm halfway and its good.webazoot
- I feel like Glover is putting on a deeper voice to be a bit more macho. Still enjoying it though.BuddhaHat
- It was SOOO promising. Most of the first episode was so fresh and I got excited. Then it shit the bed episode 2 and .. no, it’s so bad.monospaced
- They don’t act like trained spies ... ever. It’s just lame. That was what made the movie work. It’s frustrating how stupid the situations became for no reason.monospaced
- Longcopylover0
It has probably already been posted here but I had never heard of it. It's from 2013.
I am two episodes in and really like the characters and all their issues.

If you haven't seen Veep, give it a go, one of the best tv series imo. And this was how they did it at the Emmys.

- Based on James Clavell's 1975 literary epic of the same name.BuddhaHat
